Hi Candis, I would try to spread out your water intake rather than having a bottle in 1 sitting. I take my water bottle everywhere with me and just have little sips all throughout the day. I would only have one water bottle in a sitting after a really intense cardio workout. At the start you will need to consciously make an effort to drink the water, but after a while it will just became a habit! More water should help with your migraines xx

Should I still be drinking 2-3L water a day if after the first litre I’m literally going to the bathroom every five mins? It seems like the water is just going straight through me so is it still beneficial?
