I need help. I am built like a gymnast and now 44.
I used to be 110 lbs and stress of owning my own business for the last 15 years has made me pack on 50 lbs.
I am finally motivated to get healthy. I have always been muscular and had thick legs.
I want long lean legs for once in my life.
As I lose weight, I would like to get lean instead of sticky and bulky.
I already walk 5 or more miles daily as a dog walker for a living.
I am open to suggestions.
