Hi Claire, it depends on your starting point. If you have a fair bit of weight to lose, then yes 4-5 kgs in a month is achievable but difficult. If not, the recommended guide is usually 0.5kgs/week so I’d say 2kgs in a month. Usually when you eat it takes around 20 minutes to feel full so my best tip here is to eat as slow as you can! And try to eat smaller meals regularly so that you’re not starving and overeat xx

I know it takes some time to lose weight healthily but do you think – 4/5 kgs in 1 month (or a bit more) is an achievable goal (most important, a healthy one)?
Do you have a piece of advice to definitely stabilize the metabolism in order to eat regularly? Because I sometimes have difficulties to stop eating before I get full ?
