HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT

  • Do each exercise for 45 seconds without any rest.
  • Don’t forget to do the first exercise on both sides :)
  • Complete 3 rounds in total.

I should also remind you guys that you need to eat healthy if you really want to lose extra belly fat.

Resistance training like this one here is amazing and it will help you tone your abs for sure. But if have extra belly fat you first need to reduce your overall body fat.

So, if you want to get proper abs your diet needs to be on point and you need to do cardio for fat loss and resistance training to get muscle tone.

This is a tight core workout for women that you can do at home :)

This workout had me sweating so I promise you’ll feel the burn.

You need very little equipment for this one, just a yoga mat for comfort and some gliding discs. If you don’t have gliding discs, you can use paper plates or small towels.

You can do this one at home, at the gym, even when you’re travelling. So no excuses, lovelies! :)

  • Do each exercise for 45 seconds
  • Rest for 15 seconds
  • Try to do 3 rounds.

Here you have a quick ab finisher workout!

Finishers are intense exercises you typically add at the end of your regular workout session. And they are designed to ensure the maximum effectiveness of your workout.

You can use them to speed up the fat loss process, to boost your metabolism or to improve your strength.

I suggest adding this to the end of your workout for an extra ab burn. It will be challenging but it’s worth it :)

When it comes to losing tummy fat, you should always remember that you cannot spot reduce. If you want to lose belly fat you should do a combination of cardio and resistance training. And, most importantly, you should adjust your diet.

But this workout will help strengthen your core and build oblique muscles.
