Hi lovely,

It’s normal to not sweat too much because the workouts are all low-impact. They were designed that way to avoid any unwanted bulkiness. Using ankle weight is completely optional and you’ll still be able to achieve great results without them. Just make sure that you follow all the workouts and the right nutrition plan. ;)

Am I doing the exercises wrong, is it working? Or will I sweat only if I workout with weights? Thanks!
