In reply to Andrea. Hi Andrea, I just chopped up the dates using kitchen scissors. And I used the whole can of coconut cream, but coconut milk would also work :) I hope you enjoy it! xx

Hi! I’m wondering if you chopped or pureed the dates before melting them. Also did you use a can of coconut milk using only the cream once separated? Thank you! Can’t wait to make this!
