Will the program help me lose weight overall? 

Yes. :) The cardio plan is designed to help you burn fat & my videos will help you tone up your muscles and burn more calories throughout the day.  For best results when it comes to weight loss I recommend combining this program with a slight daily calorie deficit. You can use my macro calculator to check your ideal calorie intake for your target weight.

How do I know which body type version I should follow?

You will receive a full access to my program, including all body types. If you're not sure which body type you are I will be happy to help you determine it :)

Can the workouts be done at home/do I need a gym pass? 

All the workouts are designed to be done at home or anywhere you want. :) No gym pass or heavy equipment needed.

What is the difference Glutes, Abs, Legs and Lean Legs Programs?

This workout program is designed to help you tone your booty, abs and slim down your legs. My other programs are very leg specific. If your main goal is to get lean legs I recommend my Lean Legs eBook (for full workout & diet plan), or Video course (for workouts only). But, if you'd like to tone up your stomach and your booty (in addition to your legs) Glutes, Abs, Legs is the best choice for you. You can check out my Product Differentiation page for more info.

How long does it take to see results?

Most women notice the difference after 4 weeks and the best results after 8 weeks. However, it really depends on your body type,  fitness levels and how much weight you'd like to loose. I recommend following the program as closely as possible for the best effect. :)
