If you’re unsure about your body type, it would be best if you send me a photo of you in sports/fitness clothes (e.g. leggings, a top, etc) so I can see your waist, legs, figure, and help you determine your body type and which version of the program will give you the best and fastest results. However, as the months went on, I retook the quiz a few times because I noticed that even when I didn’t exercise, I didn’t gain any weight and my physique didn’t change. My results kept coming back as ectomorph. I know that carbs should make up majority of what I eat.

But when I went on to this website:

I found that the main thing I should take in is fats. The thing is, is that I can only eat eggs every second day and I only eat fish once a week with the family because I mainly eat chicken most of the time. So if I want to lose weight, should majority of my foods be carbs (good carbs, not bad) or should make majority of my foods fats?

By the way, I do three resistance training sessions (one upper body + abs, one lower body and one full body) and I do two pilates sessions a week (one upper body and abs session and the other session is a lower body session). I do running three times a week and walking has become a daily habit. Is this all fine?

I took your body type quiz many times and i kept getting ectomorph but i am not sure. I used to be really skinny when i was young but i gained some muscles on my legs and calves due to cycling. But i still have a little higher body fat percentage. Should i follow the mesomorph guidelines or should i go for the ectomorph?
