For mesomorphs, it may cause bulkiness. The best way to check is to try the exercises and observe your body to see if you notice any bulkiness. I think I’m a mix of ectomorph and mesomorph but more on the mesomorph side?
I really want to slim my thighs but really stuck because I feel like squats, lunges etc can get me slim and toned legs but also I’m scared to even try
