I wouldn't suggest that, your body needs to rest! :)

If you follow everything recommended (diet plan, cardio and exercises), it really is enough, don't worry!

I started your program a week ago and it is very nice! I am a big woman who has always worked out a lot (mostly high intensity exercises). Lately, however, I noticed that I have become too big!
(I am a tall endomorph with hypothyroid problems).
I like your program and I am following it diligently but I would like to repeat the exercises for longer than 30 min. Can I double it or add one more round every time?

You need something for pear shaped women!! I am thin (too thin) on top (arms, breasts) and have a nice slim waist (my best feature), but all the fat goes to my butt and legs. My legs are thick and heavy, and very hard to tone. I have worked out a lot, but cannot get any definition in my legs. It’s so frustrating.
