I’ve been reading articles of yours and following you for some months now. You really talk to the hearts of all those girls and women who want to be toned and lean at the same time, especially in the lower body area! Keep it up!<3

Concerning the intuitive eating part… This is just all so true! Personally I feel my best when most of my meals throughout the day consist of water-rich foods. Fresh fruits, veggies, some yogurt, some amount of protein, legumes… I love carbs but when it comes to meals like lunch and dinner, I find foods like rice, potatoes and pasta to be quite ''dry''. I like juicy textures when it comes to food. On the other side, in my breakfast I just LOVE carbs! Rice cakes, multiseed brown bread or sprouted bread, oats… all these always paired with some type of nut butter or tahini and usually a banana. I could be eating this forever! I have noticed that if I get to satisfy my sweet tooth in the morning at breakfast and I have a meal that gives me the essence of fullness, I will be ok for the rest of the day. No cravings or so. And even when inspite of having a nut butter, I would have Nutella or something similar. Food on its own is not bad. We make it bad a) in our brains, b) because of the amounts we tend to consume. Keeping a healthy balance in everything, I believe is key for long term results and happiness.
Thank you for your posts, keep it up!
