Sometimes I might go for a fast walk but usually I get my steps in by walking around. Is that okay on this programme or does the walking have to always be fast?

I would recommend that you do the resistance training 3 times a week. As you know, cardio is super important. If you’re not able to do the two workouts per day, you can combine them together :) Also, try walking a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. It doesn’t have to be all at once, you can break it up throughout the day. I’m playing tennis around 5-6 times a week. How would you recommend to involve your mesomorph program, as doing full program additionally to my tennis trainings would be impossible due to time. I don’t gain weight easily, but I like to lose fat on my legs and make them more toned (in particular inner tights). I don’t mind some muscles even a little bulky, but my legs don’t look toned… would be amazing to get your feedback!
