Hi Sara, I’m getting very different macros and I followed the recipe exactly. I’m getting 58% fat, 18 % protein and 24% carbs. Any idea why that might be? My protein powder is 31gram scoop with 25 grams of protein, 1 gram of carbs and 2.5 grams of fat per scoop.
I'm not sure what your fitness goals are but if it's weight loss, tracking the amount of food you eat (ie. calories) is more important than the macronutrient breakdown, to be honest :) My colleague and you might have used different apps to calculate them of different products (sometimes those apps insist on your selecting a specific brand) - but the important thing is that you are mindful about your calories in general and to lose weight, you should be at a slight deficit, some 200-300 calories less than you eat.
Also, if you have more questions, I suggest you write at info@rachaelattard.com since then we can have proper two-way communication in case you have additional questions <3
Hi lovely,
You don’t have to use a protein powder, you can replace it with more almond meal or add some coconut flour. However, a good protein powder will taste slightly better and make the cookies more nutritious! xx
Thank you ! I just made them and they are really good <3
(in your ebook, you forgot to mention the butter, I came here to see ! I only had peanut butter, but it was good!)
Hi Juliet. When I was in Australia, my favourite brand was Cyborg (it tastes amazing). But now that I’m travelling, I just buy the healthiest one I can find and it always changes! xx

In your list of ingredients, you have listed ‘1/4 cup of maple’. Is that maple syrup?
