Healthy Choc Chip Ice Cream
I promise you this healthy choc chip ice cream tastes SO good! I often have this as a sweet treat without feeling guilty :)
Ingredients
- 4 small (or 3 large) frozen bananas
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk
- 50g organic coconut milk chocolate (I bought this from Source Bulk Foods)
Method
- Blend up bananas and almond milk in a high speed blender, until thick and creamy. Alternatively, you could use a food processor.
- Chop up chocolate and stir through.
- Pour into a rectangular tupperware dish and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Scoop and eat!
Makes around 3 serves.

Mango, pear, chia seeds, fresh dates and avocado, nut butter.
