This is a core workout for women you can do at home. These are some of my favourite ab workouts at the moment. And this exercise will also work your shoulders.
I love planks and plank variations as they work so many different muscles and they strengthen your core.
So if you’re not a fan of crunches and you like planking, this is a perfect workout for you :)

HOW TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT
Do each exercise for 30-45 seconds, without any rest.
Complete 3 rounds.
1. SIDE PLANK ROTATIONS
2. SLOW ECCENTRIC PUSH UPS
3. TABLETOP KNEE TAPS
4. LYING LEG RAISES
