In this interview, we chatted with Maria, a 23-year-old girl from Austria. Here is a summary of her experience & results after completing the 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program.

RACHAEL ATTARD PROGRAM REVIEW BY MARIA

1. WHAT WAS YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE BEFORE YOU STARTED THE 3 STEPS TO LEAN LEGS PROGRAM?

MARIA: Before I started doing the Lean Legs Program I didn’t really have a fitness routine. I tried so many different things and always got sick of every single one pretty soon after seeing no results. I wanted to change my body so it looks the way I like (slim and lean but also strong and toned).

When I exercised the way I thought it would be effective, I often got to this stage where my body would build muscles quite fast which made me look chubby. I wanted to get a plan that would lead me toward my personal goals. I wanted to be sure that my efforts will pay off and I wanted to see success quickly.

2. WHAT CONVINCED YOU TO TRY IT OUT?

MARIA: So I had a look on various websites and found the 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program. I compared it to many other fitness programs and it seemed to match my goals the best. I also got hooked by seeing the results of the thousands of other girls and I really liked the training style and the detailed guidance.

3. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED EXERCISING ACCORDING TO YOUR BODY TYPE BEFORE?

MARIA: I didn’t know my body type before doing the program! So I found it even more interesting how the program takes care of that important factor and considers every person as an individual :)

4. WHAT WAS YOUR ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE PART OF OUR PROGRAM?

MARIA: I love the that I could choose whether I want to stick to the mouth-watering recipes or cook my meals on my own. The daily caloric and macronutrient intake are already calculated and so are the calories of each meal out of the recipes. There’s a wide range of food choices and I didn’t get bored from the given recipes.

5. WHAT WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF DOING THE LEAN LEGS PROGRAM?

MARIA: For me, getting used to the morning power walks was hard in the beginning. I had to get up earlier and had to get outside no matter what weather conditions were. But once I realized that those walks are helping me with raising my energy levels throughout the whole day, I got addicted and started integrating more of them into my week. This me-time-walks got a fixed part of my everyday life now and I’m so glad the program lead me to finding my passion.

6. WHEN DID YOU FIRST START SEEING RESULTS?

MARIA: I could feel and see changes within the first 10 days of doing the Program. My body and mind felt a lot better, my pants got looser and the longer I was doing the program, the more confident I became.

After finishing the Program and looking at the before and after pictures, I couldn’t believe what I saw. I never thought a body can change into such a positive way in just a few weeks. But it’s not only that I look better now, I also feel amazing. Physically and mentally!

7. WOULD YOU RECOMMEND 3 STEPS TO LEAN LEGS PROGRAM TO YOUR FRIENDS?

MARIA: I’m obsessed with this style of training now and am so happy to finally have a routine that works for me. So I’ll definitely keep up with doing the training the way the Program taught me. Since there are a ton of different exercises included, it’s possible to have a big variety when it comes to creating different workouts. This makes it fun and you never get bored.

I would definitely recommend doing the 3 Steps to Lean Legs Program because it works. It’s not like all the other fitness programs out there. It takes care of every woman’s needs and goals. For me, it was the best decision ever to do the Program. I would do it again (and I definitely will).

So trust the Program, trust the journey! Just start, stick to the plan and enjoy seeing and feeling your body changing!
