A word from Rachael:
”If you’ve been following me on Instagram, or reading my blog, you know that you girls are my main inspiration & motivation. This is why I recently reached out to some of you to ask about your progress and feedback. These are their stories. Hope you find them as motivating and uplifting as I have.”
This time I chatted with 38y/o Dedie from the USA. She recently completed my 3 Steps to Lean Legs program and she is another one of the winners of my June Progress Pic Competition.
I hold competitions like this one every two months in the hopes of inspiring you lovelies. :) All you have to do is send me your progress pics with visible results after finishing my Program. And all of the winners get 150 USD as a reward!
My next Progress Pic Competition ends in August, so if you want to join the sooner you start working out the better!
Dedie: I was doing bodyweight workouts and occasional cardio. It was bulking up my legs and I wasn’t losing fat. That’s why I searched for ways to lean down my legs on Google and Rachel Attard program came up.

Dedie: I knew my body type, but I never tried exercising based on it.
Dedie is a mix between a Mesomorph and Endomorph body type so she followed my 3 Steps for Lean Legs for Endomorphs.
Two people could be doing the exact same workouts and getting different results, which must mean that not all of us can be put o the same exercise and diet regime. That’s why it’s important to know your body type so that you can exercise according to it.
If you want to know what your body type is, you can take my FREE Body Type Quiz. :)
Dedie: I love the videos. They are the right amount of challenging and so effective. Great combination of instruction and demonstrating different ways to do a move.
The most challenging was finding the time to walk. The weekly progress photo kept me so motivated, because I could really see the change taking place.

Dedie: I took photos of my progress. I first noticed a difference about 5 weeks in. It was kind of emotional, I’ve never seen my legs lean.
I felt so much healthier and fitter after finishing the program. I was thrilled with the results.

Dedie: I’m going to do another round. After I’ve reached my ideal weight I’ll cut down on the walking days but probably keep doing the videos.
And I would absolutely recommend it. It is so effective, easy to stick to and the cost is less than a gym membership.
Dedie: Download a bunch of books on tape from the library (Libby App), make a Starbucks your halfway point and push yourself to do 10,000 steps a day. Don’t skimp on the strength training videos, as you lose fat, the exercises help sculpt and define your muscles.
Thank you, Dedie! I’m so happy for you and I wish you all the best in the future! And I hope the rest of you girls got inspired by Dedie’s amazing fitness journey.
Love Rachael xx
